A range of systems, checks and programs implemented throughout the organisation enables us to achieve our goal of a workplace free of incidents and injuries. We have never experienced any major loss of time due to injury.
Every Business Deal construction location has a full-time trained OH&S representative at the site, co-ordinated by our highly experienced OH&S manager.
All sub-contractors must complete the in-house induction training prior to commencing duty on site.
All construction-related staffs are retrained at regular intervals so our OH&S standards are raised to meet company outcomes and expectations.
TIME MANAGEMENT
An optimum construction schedule and it’s religious adherence is a vital component of every Business Deal project. Such planned approach contributes to our impressive & successful project completion rate.
A well-organized and realistic schedule takes into account as many variables as possible and helps keep a construction project move smoothly. It alerts the construction manager when the project is about to run into snags, and allows room for needed adjustments when unforeseen circumstances arise.
Business Deal implements open and regular communications between suppliers and contract manager to ensure the schedule is properly adhered to.
